Google Pixel 10 Series Leak
Published Date: 14/03/2025

Recent CAD-based renders have surfaced, providing an early glimpse into Google’s upcoming Pixel 10 series. The leaked images suggest that Google is maintaining its signature “visor” design, with notable enhancements, including the addition of a third camera across all models.

The standard Pixel 10 is expected to feature a 6.3-inch display, mirroring its predecessor, the Pixel 9. Dimensions are reported at 152.8 x 72.0 x 8.6mm, indicating a minor increase in thickness by 0.1mm. A significant update is the inclusion of a third lens on the rear camera setup, a departure from the dual-camera system of previous base models. This suggests that Google aims to enhance the photographic capabilities of its standard variant.

The Pixel 10 Pro is anticipated to share the same physical dimensions as the standard model, including the 6.3-inch display. The Pro variant is also set to feature a triple-camera array, aligning with the standard model’s enhancements. The Pixel 10 Pro XL is expected to maintain a 6.8-inch display, with dimensions slightly adjusted to 162.7 x 76.6 x 8.5mm, making it 0.1mm shorter than its predecessor. This model will also incorporate the triple-camera setup.

The renders indicate that the Pixel 10 will feature a matte mid-frame, while the Pro and Pro XL variants will sport glossy finishes. This design choice mirrors the aesthetic distinctions observed in the Pixel 9 series, suggesting Google’s continued emphasis on differentiating models through subtle design cues.

The Pixel 10 series is expected to debut Google’s Tensor G5 chipset, marking a significant shift as it will be fabricated by TSMC instead of Samsung. This transition is anticipated to enhance performance and efficiency. Notably, the Tensor G5 is rumored to support 4K 60fps HDR video recording, an upgrade from the previous 4K 30fps capability.

While Google traditionally releases its Pixel devices in October, the Pixel 10 series might break this pattern. With Android 16 scheduled for release between April and June, there is speculation that the Pixel 10 series could launch as early as August 2025.

As with all leaks, it’s essential to approach this information with caution until official confirmations are made. However, the leaked renders and details offer an intriguing preview of what Google may have in store for its next-generation smartphones.
