Razer showcased two bold Razer AI companion concepts at CES 2026, aiming to keep an assistant visible and ready without relying on a phone screen. The lineup centers on Project AVA for the desk and Project Motoko for wearable, hands free support.
Project AVA is a compact desktop device that displays an animated avatar and listens through onboard audio hardware. Its standout idea is PC aware assistance, so the Razer AI companion can react to what you are doing on screen and offer timely guidance for gaming and productivity.
Project Motoko takes the “smart glasses” direction but builds it into over ear headphones. With outward facing cameras and microphones, the Razer AI companion concept targets real time translation, basic recognition and quick assistant style queries while keeping the form factor familiar.
Key highlights:
- Project AVA: avatar-based desk companion with screen-context support
- Project Motoko: camera-powered headphones for hands-free AI features
- Both focus on persistent, contextual assistance rather than app switching
