Vivo V50 Lite 4G Leaked Renders and Specifications Hint at Imminent Launch

Vivo is poised to expand its V50 series with the introduction of the V50 Lite 4G model. Recent leaks have unveiled detailed renders and specifications, suggesting that the official launch may be forthcoming.

The leaked renders showcase a modern design featuring a centrally positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera, slim bezels, and flat edges. The device is expected to sport a 6.77-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2392 x 1080 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate, offering vibrant visuals and smooth scrolling experiences.

Under the hood, the V50 Lite 4G is anticipated to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 chipset, coupled with 8GB of RAM. This configuration should provide efficient performance for daily tasks and moderate multitasking. The device is also expected to support 8GB of virtual RAM, enhancing its multitasking capabilities. Storage options are likely to start at 256GB, catering to users with substantial data and application needs.

Photography enthusiasts can look forward to a dual-camera setup on the rear, comprising a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary lens. For selfies and video calls, a 32MP front-facing camera is expected, ensuring clear and detailed captures.

The V50 Lite 4G is rumored to house a substantial 6,500mAh battery, a significant upgrade from its predecessor’s 5,000mAh capacity. Coupled with 90W FlashCharge fast charging technology, users can anticipate reduced downtime and extended usage periods.

The smartphone is expected to run on Funtouch OS 15, based on Android 15, providing users with the latest features and a user-friendly interface. Connectivity options are likely to include 4G LTE, dual SIM support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, and a USB-C port. Additionally, the device may come with an IP65 rating, offering some degree of dust and water resistance.

According to leaks, the Vivo V50 Lite 4G is expected to be priced at EUR 250 (approximately Rs 23,800) for the 8GB + 256GB variant. This positions the device competitively in the mid-range segment, appealing to budget-conscious consumers seeking robust features. The global launch date has yet to be announced, and it remains uncertain whether the device will be available in the Indian market, as the previous V40 Lite 4G was not released there.

As Vivo continues to diversify its product offerings, the V50 Lite 4G is poised to attract attention from users seeking a feature-rich smartphone without a flagship price tag.
